New DUI Laws Causing Controversy

Last week, Governor Fallin protected due process rights for those accused of driving under the influence by executive order. Bypassing the legislature's attempt to write the right to an administrative hearing out of the state DUI and APC laws did not go over well with overzealous state legislators and MADD. Kudos to Governor Fallin for protecting the rights of the accused. For more information, click here.
